Materials & documentation

Our reed diffusers and car fragrances share the same scent formulations. Each blend contains fragrance materials, diffuser base and perfume alcohol.

Understanding supplier safety documents

A supplier Safety Data Sheet (SDS) describes the material named in that document. It is not an SDS for the finished Jamilla mixture.

Blending fragrance materials with diffuser base and alcohol can change the mixture’s properties. A finished product’s flash point, hazard classification and transport requirements must be assessed from the complete formulation, rather than inferred from a single ingredient.

Selected fragrance materials and diffuser base are sourced from YellowBee Packaging & Supplies Inc., Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Understanding IFRA information

IFRA conformity depends on the fragrance materials, restricted constituents, their concentrations and the intended use. Total fragrance concentration alone does not establish conformity.

A supplier Certificate of Conformity applies to the mixture and use specified in that certificate. It does not replace a safety assessment of the finished product.
